Access Sacramento March 2016 - Present
As of March 2016 I was hired on as a production assistant where I support in all phases of production in studio operations. I am currently volunteering on "Live Wire" as a character generator engineer as well as executive producer, producer, editor, and journalist for "SacTown Underground" a magazine formatted show. I Co-Produced and edited two episodes of Battle Dome that have aired on Access Sacramento. I edited the "Hair and Fashion Battle 2016" for a fashion battle event.
Intern/KCRA 3 January 2015 – December 2015
I worked in several departments within KCRA 3 Television; although, working in the newsroom gave me a strong relationship with my passion to be successful when working in the News Room environment. I shadowed under seasoned employees which has been and enriching experience. My duties included: Editing News Packages, Recording Reporter Tracks, shadowed under the Air Board Control Room, shadowed under the Technical Director and Audio Board, as well with shadowing under the Camera Operator. My job duties also included updating contact information for the database ENPS and update twitter traffic feed.
Intern/Volunteer Access Sacramento June 2012 – January 2015
Studio operation -Television Production including live, streaming, and pre-recorded broadcast. Control room operations including Technical Director, graphic generator, audio engineer, video switcher operator, and video tape recorder,directing, camera operation, and floor directing,along with editing on three films to showcase at: “A Place Called Sacramento" Film Festival.
